Here are the online services I offer to chocolate/dessert companies based on the activities I love the most in life and that make me excited (and make me respect deadlines too).
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
“Start where you are. Use what you have. Do what you can.” – Arthur Ashe
Before creating a new life for your Social Media accounts, we need to see where you are at. So I like to start my consultation with a detailed analysis of your Social Media that highlights strengths and weaknesses of your current accounts. Then, we are ready to elaborate a new strategy!
The goal is to maximize engagement and loyalty online based on the values and the goals of your company. Type of content, language, calls-to-action, posting frequency, time of posting, hashtags and many more details will be all laid out in a written document that serves as a guideline to be followed. But what’s a strategy without implementation? Time to act.
Based on the Social Editorial Calendar we agreed upon, I will create curated posts that will be revised and approved weekly by your company, then automatically scheduled. The entire process is meant to give you the least headache possible so you can focus on production, marketing and other important aspects of your business while I take care of your online presence on Social Media. We will have a look at the Social Media analytics on a monthly basis to keep, adjust or change our strategy. The goal is to build a passionate community online that looks forward to your daily updates and is inclined to visit your e-commerce website often to buy your products.
If this all sounds good to you, EMAIL ME at [email protected] for prices and more details.

CONTENT WRITER
I don’t think I have ever liked writing so much before I started writing specifically about chocolate. You know those activities that make you forget about problems and worries? That’s writing about chocolate for me. This is why I decided to make it part of my job, and I can’t even begin to tell you how much I am loving it! I could seriously never get tired of writing about this sweet subject. Also, writing for different clients gives me the chance to expand my knowledge on all things chocolate, which is a great plus. Only in the past year of writing freelance for different companies, from Dubai to San Francisco to Italy, I have learned:
- the curious history of Gianduja
- what’s a Brigadeiro and why Brazilians are so attached to it
- the health benefits of cayenne pepper as a chocolate inclusion
- the true history of chocolate and who invented it
- the subtle differences between a truffle, a bonbon and a candy
If you are in need of blogposts, articles for PR releases (I have experience in those too), product descriptions and anything else related to chocolate, I would love to be part of your team.
